If you’re looking to escape the daily grind and starting making time for YOU a priority then you’re in the right place! Having trained as a yoga teacher, yoga therapist & a functional fitness coach I am able to offer a completely bespoke approach to 1:1 yoga and together we’ll work on finding what feels good for you.

Sessions generally included some gentle movement, breathwork & relaxation, but we’ll work together to create a programme that is just what YOU need. Whether you’re recovering from (or looking to prevent) injury, experiencing symptoms of anxiety or in need of some calm then private yoga sessions can really help.

Based just outside of Southampton my home studio is the perfect place for you to escape from everyday life, and to start putting yourself first.
